Notice for Parents: To the parents of Transition Year students
Ms Daly will be in contact with all TY students starting this Thursday (11th February)for their Vocational Interviews. These interviews are very important as they will help students decide which Leaving Cert programme they would like to do and which they are better suited for. Student are required to have access to thier REACH account on Careersportal (username and password). Ms Daly will give students their CAT 4 results (cognitive ability test). These results along with their Junior cert results and the feedback from their subject teachers will inform the recommendation for either LC or LCA.
Ms Daly will set up a TEAMS appointment with each student. The link will be sent to their school email address. If a student cannot make the appointment, they must inform Ms Daly immediately. If they are missing a class, they must inform their teacher before class that they will not be in class as they are attending their Vocational Interview.
As always thanks you for your help.
